breast cancer who use the Internet for information and
support.
The purpose of the study is to
develop an Internet information and support web site that will
meet patients' needs and preferences.

If you have a current or
previous diagnosis of breast cancer, and are 21 years old or
older, please help by completing this survey. We are surveying
women who use the Internet for breast cancer information and
support and would like to know more about you and your
experiences and preferences.
To complete the questionnaire,
please proceed to the Consent
Form. When the Consent Form is
completed, you will be automatically directed to the
survey.
If you are not eligible to complete the
